Ingredients

For Herbed Mayo:
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp. freshly chopped parsley
  • 2 tsp. freshly chopped thyme
  • 1 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
For Sandwiches:
  • 16 oz. cooked Field Bacon
  • 8 slices sourdough bread
  • 8 leaves lettuce
  • 1 tomato, thinly sliced

Directions

  1. Spread 2 Tbsp. herbed mayo on 4 slices of bread.
  2. Layer with bacon, tomato slices and lettuce. Top with other slice of bread
  3. Enjoy!
